Its as close to casting Ancestral Recall as you can get without, well, playing Recall
The real power comes from the Lecture Hall, a three-mana Room that rewards you for dealing damage to your opponent by putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature when they deal combat damage to a player
Its also a powerful stax card that can stop some infinite loops by taxing the casters life, or make sure you last a little longer on the battlefield
Even just having one Censor in your deck, and cycling it away on turn 1, sends a signal to your opponent to be cognizant of the card and to play around it for the rest of the game
There are quite a few foil copies of this card, but the Innistrad foil is the one that Id pick to gain the most value going forward
If you have a little bit of spare mana, you can use Loots remaining three abilities to get an incredible amount of value
