The only trick is figuring out how to activate delirium, but with so many discard outlets in red, that shouldn't be too hard

It will mostly be used in G/R Ramp style decks alongside Hour of Promise as a somewhat inefficient removal spell that doubles as a finisher against control decks, but I could also see red aggro decks that play it in their sideboard for the control matchup because of one card: Settle the Wreckage

Does that meta exist

Lulu is a great addition to any EDH decks that care about counters, but Stun Counters, in particular, may be in demand soon
