Out of all the Enchanted rare cards, some are better than others

The huge upside here is sacrificing lands like Fabled Passage, playing it from the graveyard, and pumping creatures on each of your turns

the reason why Sazh has yet to name the chocobo was always very funny to me, so it was great we were able to put it on the card

The fact that you mostly want to sac things off minimizes the drawback this has compared to things like Raise the Alarm as you get easily get the Cat in the bin to eternalize it

In summary here, this is certainly a more complicated deck to run than the Ruby and Amethyst deck, but it is - in my opinion - way more powerful
