I will start by saying that I believe it is a strong card that has a place in the metagame, but that can mainly be contributed to it's typing

X is a sought-after card among set collectors and Pokemon-specific collectors

Evaluating the cards in The Brothers War is unique, since it includes the normal cards that youd find in a pack, plus the Retro Frame Artifacts

I mainly included it because its a card that currently isnt that strong but can benefit a lot from cards that will be released in the future with the need for powerful energy acceleration
