In any deck that plays Colorless type Pokemon, like Hisuian Zoroark VSTAR [Lost Origin], or a single Prize Card deck, like Radiant Charizard [Pokemon GO], this card can find a home
Much like Even the Odds and Timely Reinforcements, control decks get the most use out of the Keeper because you also get to create Soldier tokens as a nice bonus so you dont get overwhelmed by your opponents attacks
Most of the time it means that the sheet (or blades) are in the wrong position when the cards are cut, but I've heard the term used for errors caused by using the wrong type of blades as well (like the Alpha-cut 4th Edition cards, or square cornered cards)

Though this card takes a fair number of turns to have attack-ready, its damage potential and HP make it worth the time and effort
