FromTheShire: Definitely in the 99 not your commander, unless you want to focus on repeatedly reanimating Massacre Wurm or activating Pestilence, which is funny enough that I will probably do it but it's a very grindy plan begging to be disrupted
It does put you down a card, but it is still an incredibly powerful way to protect whatever you are doing on your own turn, and the ability to hit opponents' commanders and large creatures even while tapped out is notable
Being sorcery removes most of the trickery and added situational value from burn
This gives you one extra Energy play for your turn and then guarantees you have another on your next turn
