You can only activate this ability at sorcery speed, which is a bit of a bummer

Fan-favorites such as ViVi Ornitier, Cid, Tifa Lockheart, and Auron werent mentioned, but its hard to imagine the final version leaving out very many of the big hitters

Unfortunately, the conditions within Sarpadia arent the only things that are looking grim

That being said, however, it is still one of the most expensive cards in the entire set, and more than deserving of its price tag
